Idli sambar is a nice combination as soft idli is immersed into racy sambar which is full of flavor and healthy constituents. It’s anon-oily and healthy breakfast form which you can enjoy any day. Idli is made from rice and lentil batter also it’s fumed. Sambar is made from chump pea and veggies like brinjal, , potatoes, and small onions with some tamarind water. Idli is the healthiest and nutritional dish in the world. It can be eaten by anyone of any age at any time. Cases are also advised to eat Idli as it’s extremely nutritional. Being a fermented dish, it acts as a probiotic and can be fluently digested.

When mumma steam it. It look nice and very fluffy to eat. The sambhar was too yummy. I ate many idli at a time. The chuntey is made up with coconut with mint leaves and rai. When mumma cook it my bua is also give some idli to his friends and they come at home to eat it. And they said it’s too taste to eat. My mumma made lots of things for me and it’s very yummy and tastee. And I also say that my mumma made awesome food for us. Thank you mumma for all this 😊.
